This service is the perfect companion to PCT and 'Box-to-Beautiful' programs! Manido' Design can recreate your floor plan with our Virtual Room Design technology services, allowing you to plan your furniture arrangements quickly and easily, without so much as disconnecting a single cord, or even moving a pillow! And VRD isn't limited to decorating designs - not only can VRD 'virtually' bring your major renovation projects to life - before you start knocking down walls - but it also enables you to look up, look down, look left and right, as you are taken on a virtual tour of your newly renovated space!

VRD 3-D Layout Design Information
At least one week prior to your scheduled In-House Consultation, Submit your room-layout floor plan, or your floor-layout floor plan, and furniture dimensions, you want included in your 3D Layout (3DL) design. The layout will be available for laptop viewing and modifications at the consultation. In order for Manido' to properly and correctly layout floor plans for either individual rooms, or entire floors, all floor plan layouts submitted to Manido for design must be 'to scale' per 1-inch = 1-foot'. Additionally, all length and width dimensions of any furnishings you would like included must also be supplied (ie: Couch 8'x2'4"). VRD views can only be viewed on computer systems that hold the Specialized VRD software (ie: our laptop). If you want to show someone the results later on, just let us know, and we'll printout any view, you desire that best suits your needs (two of which are complimentary).
Virtual-3D-Layout
Layout design fees range from $20-60 p/room, and $50-100 p/floor (based on the intricacies of the space.) All quotes include the following:
- 3-Dimensional Layout design
- Unlimited viewing and modifications during In-House consultations
- Unlimited hardcopy-prints of 'plan-views' (birds eye views)
- (Two) Complimentary 3-D Hardcopy-prints (available upon request, and additional hardcopy-prints available at $5 p/print.)

Ordering VRD 3-D Layout Services
- Place your order by accepting the quote and making payment for the quoted amount. Any additional prints ordered during the in-house consultation will be due and payable at the end of the project, along with any other various project fees.
