Bargain-hunters don't mind painting because they are well aware of the generous savings they will receive on the purchase price in exchange for a small investment in a few gallons of paint and a bit of elbow grease. Home Staging Consultation
Staging-Consultations generally take (1-2) hours, and start with a complete and thorough walk-thru with the homeowner and the R.E. Agent. A Written Assessment will be provided, and include information concerning your home's qualities, trouble spots, ideas for curb appeal, needed repairs, investment suggestions, and furniture layout suggestions. Action-items will be provided so your results are extremely effective. Written Assessments will be provided to both the R.E. Agent and the Homeowner (via email or fax) within (72) hours of the walkthrough. At this point you may decide to perform the staging work yourself, or hire Manido to take care of it for you.
Specific Enhancement Report
Specific Enhancement Reports build on the Consultation and the Written Assessment, by providing detailed systematic instructions for any issues/item(s), which the homeowner needs clarification on. Additionally, all SER's include easy remedies for minor issues mentioned, but not typically 'absorbed' during a consultation. Each order includes online transmissions to the Homeowner and R. E. Agent, and two hardcopies mailed (one to each party) upon request.
Home-Staging Redesign Service
Home-Staging Redesign Services begin with an evaluation of the space. Next is the De-Cluttering stage, where we are careful to maintain an organized system of relocating the variety of items so you can still locate them when you need them. The next phase is depersonalizing and neutralizing, where we give the home a pleasing, warm neutral style that invites the buyers to envision themselves living in the house. Although the room has your wonderfully distinctive style, we will rework to reposition your accessories and furnishings to create a spacious and compelling environment that appeals to the broadest market possible. Finally, we dramatize! The really fun part - which sometimes even involves paint!
